Attention Small Business Owners: Please be cautious if considering utilizing Cafe Cartel software for your Point of Sale system. After supposedly creating a clean and finished product designed specifically for our needs as a California 215 medical cannabis dispensary, our staff found ourselves with a system full of bugs, errors, and inconsistencies. Despite this, we spent several months attempting to work with Cafe Cartel and get the software running properly so that we could both remain business partners and better service our valued patients. After they demanded further payment for a POS system that we still had not been able to use, we politely confronted them with the ongoing problem and were treated with hostility and refusal to repair the program. We humbly urge our fellow business owners to find a more efficient alternative with a company who will treat both them and their customers with professionalism and respect. Thank you for your time.

I have to say that I to received the same level of NON-customer service as you did! Disgusted with Cafe Cartel! I bought my business with this existing software and can not wait to get rid of it!
